About Fit Generations Gym

Fit Generations Gym is a community-focused fitness centre committed to helping individuals improve their health, strength, and overall well-being. Located at Beadon House, 2nd Floor, opposite Bungoma Chemist & The Governor’s Office, we provide a supportive and motivating environment for people of all fitness levels.
